Since 2000, under the direction of Founder & Creative Director, J. Riccardo Benavides, Ideas Events & Rentals has been the leading event décor and production company in the San Francisco Bay Area, extending to Napa wine country and Tahoe. In addition to our work in California, we have worked on events nationwide and globally, including in London, Paris, and Hong Kong. Whether expressed in the skilled craftsmanship of custom fabricated builds, enduring design aesthetic, or carefully curated furnishings, we strive to create environments uniquely tailored to each client.
Ideas Events & Rentals is equally versatile in themed, contemporary and traditionally designed events. Our approach is to go beyond decorating and to focus on every aspect of the event. With an extensive inventory of rentals, our designs contain a formula of elegant & transitional props. When it comes to Ideas, no detail goes overlooked.
